Hi, I need to go bankrupt & am trying to work out what to do about my car. Have used various online valuations which vary from £1800 to £3400. How do I know what to tell OR?
Have a look at the Parker's Guide online and put that figure down. The OR will also have a look at this and value the car from the site.
Normally the maximum value allowed for a car when you declare BR is £2000 so if the OR values the car at a higher value they may want to take the car and you will need to get one with a value lower than £2k.
