Hi everyone. Thanks by the way to the guys who answered my last question about the fees incurred in self-declared bankruptcy. i have another question. I am currently in a lease agreement until August 10th. However, I have been unable to pay my rent this month because of a lack of work and my landlord has asked me to vacate the property by 10th July. This is ok as i have arranged to stay at a friend's flat while he is abroad on business. My question is twofold. How can I protect my friends belongins (his flat will have a lot of his stuff in it!) from the receiver and can I get a petition done by 10th July so that any possessions of mine are taken from teh flat I currently occupy?... Thanks for your help!
