the clerk checks the forms are OK, you may or may not see a judge depending on the court, if you do its normally a couple of quick questions and thats it, you may or may not have a phone chat with the OR whilst in court building and you should leave with a Bankruptcy order and await the OR interview.

RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!

Hi thanks for your reply. What sort of questions will the judge ask? Plus how often is it that people get turned down? Also what will happen when the OR contacts me. Thanks

questions are normally
1,have you sought advice?
2,do you know the ramifications and consequences of BR?
3,have you considered other debt solutions ie. IVA or DMP?
if you are insolvent and you have the fees and the forms are filled in properly there should be no reason to be refused
initial OR contact is normally to check your details and you have a basic bank account open or an account that should not be frozen also to set a date and time for telephone interview.
2nd contact will be interview 15 mins to 1hr ish they ask questions about info on the SOA nothing too in depth just looking for explanations and checking for fraud or hiding of assets not declared
