Hi all, just want a bit of advice please, i was declared bankrupt on the 13th april this year and should be discharged in 1 year, my question is this, i have a debtor that keeps passing my account to other companies to try and collect it from me, when i tell them i am bankrupt they apologise and i dont hear from them again, i am concerned that when i am discharged will they then be able to chase me for it even though it was obviously included in my BR. It is a FSLA agreement on my vehicle but the car has been made exempt by the O/R, any advise please.
