I went bankrupt in October 2008 and had an automatic discharge in October 09. Since then I have paid the equity in the property which was back in November 09, but still don't know if my property is solely back in my own hands. Reviva UK is dealing with this but it seems to be dragging on. I have just looked at the Land Registry with regard to my property and under B.Propiertorship register there still seems to be Bankruptcy restrictions in place. I do not understand the wording but I can only assume that there are certain restrictions in place that might effect the right to disposal.

I do not know what to expect to say that the property is now solely in my own hands, and would these restrictions disappear from the title to the property in the land registry.

Reviva UK have sent the necessary documents to the Land Registry over a month ago but nothing seems to have changed on the Land register as yet from what I can see. Although I am contacting Reviva UK again with regard to this. I just wanted to know if anyone out as had any experience of what to expect with regard to confirmation, that the property is back in there own hands without any interference from the OR. Also should any reference to bankruptcy restriction be removed from the Land Registry.
