Discharge Notice

On the Insolvency Register it says that I am now discharged from bankruptcy (automatic) but I have not received a discharge notice.

Should I write to the OR to ask for one or just not tempt fate?

Thanks

Coli

You don't get a discharge notice if you have automatic discharge. Make sure you print off the entry on the insolvency register showing that you are discharged.

If you need a formal certificate of discharge you will need to apply to the court that made you BR, and there is a charge of £65.
