Hi all - The last section of my SAO asks;"Have you entered into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors? ".Can someone help?
I started a debt managemnt plan with cccs in feb this year, but not all my creditors agreed to it?
Do I put yes?

Hi winchester78,

I would definitely list this down. As the OR examines your conduct prior to and during your BR, this information will show that you realised there was a problem and attempted to do something about it. If the creditor(s) didn't want to play ball, they can wait for you to go BR and get nothing .....their loss, not yours!
