I have a car registered and insured in my name. It was purchased for me by a close friend who knew of my circumstances for £10k last year. I had to register it in my name for insurance purposes and because I am feild based in my job I needed a good car. My question is can the OR seize the car. My friend has documentation confirming his purchase of the car.I have no other assetts.
