i have 6 crediters after the first 2 i went and got some more but i did not read the declaration on the forams they say that if you are bancrupt or are with debt colection agencys you cant have the lons i am not bancrupt but i am wtih depbt agences can i still go bancrutp or will i be done by the law for not reading the declaration yours george
at the time of completing the forms you were not Bankrupt, the loan company that you took out the further loans with would have complated a credit check which at the time you passed.
how long have you had all 6 loans ?
you can still declare bankrupt, the offence is taking out credit knowing that you cannot repay it,
when you took out the loans did you know that you had to go BR or did you still believe that you would be able to resolve issues ?
If you were with debt agencies & then took further loans out then you did know you were insolvent & could be liable for a BRO?BRU for knowingly taking more credit when you didn't have the means to repay it.
when i took out the loans i did not know that i would go br i did still believe that i would be able to resole the issurs my last loan was back in 206 i had it for 2 months then my girlfrind left me i am disabeld i just lost it i for got all about my loans i just spent the money i have been withe a debt managemet plan from then on till now
