Hi, Do i have to make copies of my bankruptcy papers before i go to court or will they do that for me? Ive got my appointment for the 12th june so not long now!! Thanks

Hi Cat,

I would make the copies as they will likely charge you to make the copies at the court.

....or you could give your court a quick call, mine only wanted the original and to copy it once they had written the reference numbers etc on it. The court staff are really helpful.

Hi Cat,

I would always advise you have three copies. One for the court, one for the OR and one for yourself.
