Hi,
I am soon to be petitioning my own bankruptcy and have a question about my current income.

I am employed part time and regularly get overtime to top up my income. Unfortunately, it is somewhat changeable and differs every month.

What should I put on the bankruptcy forms and tell the OR?

Also, I am currently owed a few thousand pounds from two different friends. They both pay me a total of £300 between them in total per month. My question is do i declare this to the OR and on the forms and will I be able to carry these payments on during and after the bankruptcy? or will they be involved in the bankruptcy in some way?

Many thanks for your help!

Hi PAUL

enter your part time income and then on the adititional information inform the OR that you have a variable overtime which may not be guarrenteed but averages at £

You will be asked on the certifcate of affairs of any money formally owed to you.

The OR will want the income from the debts, after the OR has taken their share they will share the money amongst all of the creditors.

regards Richard
