Well I’ve finally finished all the paperwork( I hope!!) ….got £600 and now I have my hearing date..10 August at 10 am. I completed the forms on line so just need to print them off...lets hope things go to plan.

Does the Statement of affairs have to be signed by a solicitor or can it be signed by a court official on the day of the hearing?

It can be signed by the clerk

Thanks for that....now printed out forms ready for Tuesday. They are a little different than the court ones....but these are stored on line I believe.
