Hi all need advice please right had two valuations done on our property there is around £500 equity in the house, posted valuations to the OR what is the next step will it costboth me and hubby £211 plus £1 each or just one paymnet of £211 ? Does the OR require another valuation before we are discharged (June 2011). Ww dont have an IPA so will we automatically be discharged in June and will that be it from the OR having any interest in our house. Thanks in advance

If you are both BR and the mortgage is joint then it will be £211 + £211 + £1 for the BI. Are the valuations you have 'quick sale' valuations? £500 equity isn't something that the OR will pursue but a 'quick sale' valuation would be several thousand less.
