I have recently been made bankrupt but has one outstanding issue.
I have a tenanted property, jointly owned my an ex and myself.
I am aware, as informed by the insolvency agency that half of the rental income will go to the trustee but i am unsure what,if any obligation i have to the mortgage as this debt was stated as partv ofv the bankruptcy.
