Hi.. I was just wondering.. Say when you go into bankrptcy and after the whole going through court they dont declare you totally bankrupt.. because they feel you are still able to make a monthly payment.. Is this likely to happen? If so how much are they likely to take say for example of a debt of £10000 and how log for? years? Thanks from Clive :D

You ar either bankrupt or not, it is very unusal for a bankruptcy to be turned down.
