Hello all

Well I have official been declared BR @ 10.00am this morning. Anyone reading this who is as scared at the thought of going through the process I can honestly hand on heart say don't be!!

The Court clerk was so helpful and reassuring. They went through my forms with me and checked everything was in order and it was. I was sat down with the judge for no more than five mins and she agreed that BR was the right option for me.

I was told that the OR will be phoning me this afternoon. Can anyone tell me if this is my interview or is it just an official fact finding interview before they received my paperwork?

I would like to thank everyone who has ever taken the time to read my questions and given me answers to the situation that I am in. The forum experts on here should be granted GOD like status for the help and advice they provide.

Thank you all so much

Well done!
When I went BR earlier this month the OR phoned me the same day to tell me she would do a phone interview the next week. She asked me about my bank accounts and I told her about my Coop account at this point...she agreed not to freeze the account as it was a basic one.

Congratulations Carl,

I'm glad it went well for you.

It will only be a quick chat today with the OR.

Enjoy your weekend and please keep posting.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
