How long was your partner living at the mortgaged property with you? Is there any equity in the property? Do you have any other joint debts?

Thanks for replying, basically i brought this property with my ex 5 years ago. We split up 4 years ago and i was unable to get the mortgage company to let me take the property into my sole name. Eventually they allowed it three months ago and i went through the solicitor etc, this property has never been lived in i have rented it out since i brought it. I own my own flat that i live in. the flat that used to be joint is in about 60K negative i am having to go bankrupt as i own other properties in negative etc. I have heard the court can undo transactions are they likely to do this on the above flat leaving it in my ex's name

Many thanks for your help Chris.
