I know when i attend court to petition for my own bankruptcy i need to take a copy of my SOA but i understand i also need to take another form which i just a form to petition for the BR. Does any1 know where i can get 1 of these..?
Hi Eldraque If you go onto the court service website you can download the other form you need. It's the debtors petition (form 6.27) - select "insolvency" in the work type dropdown on this link. You'll see the form in the list.
Yeah thanks vicky..Shortly after i posted this question i realised that i had already filled out 6.27 when i completed the SOA on the insolvency website. Although the guy on the phone told me just to bring 1 copy of the SOA and that the court would photo copy it for me 3 times i decided to print off 4 copies just to make sure theres no delays on the day, im not sure i completely trust court employees to give me the correct information....Anyway thanks..

Strange how each court is different. Mine just wanted the originals and copied them all for me on the day. Wonder where the £15 goes....court staff Xmas night out?? Local charity?? Hmmmm???
