I am 6 months into my bankrupcy, I have had an accident and waiting for a compensation payout. Will I have to declare this and will I be allowed to keep the compensation

was the accident before or after the bankruptcy date.

Is the compensation purely for personal injury or is their any loss of earnings or damage to property included

If the compensation is for personal injury then the OR cannot take it.
