hi , i am considering bankruptcy because i have debts of more than £15000 i have been advised to do this from my debt management planner...i am on JSA benefit at present..do i have to pay all courts costs?

You will have to pay the bankruptcy deposit £450, but you may not have to pay the court fee of £150
