hi, just want to refine my question.....am i able to dispute my ex husband's beneficial interest in our jointly owned property...i live in the property, he has not contributed to the mortgage for the last 5 years, we bought the house 8 years ago, he didnt contribute to a deposit and hasnt contributed towards home improvements.Many thanks in advance of any feedback.

Does he pay any maintenance towards your children? How was the deposit paid for?

he has just started paying maintenance, last 3 months....and we didnt need a deposit as we bought the house through a shared ownership scheme to start with. Their contribution was put down as the deposit....we did not have to pay rent for their share either....we did however buy their share back 2 years later through remortgaging....we separated shortly after that......thanks for reply.
