Hi,
I have had a letter today saying i have a tax rebate going back to the begining of the tax year but it has been sent to the OR due to me being bankrupt. Is this the last i will see of it or could the OR decide to release some of it to me?

Hi

after you were delared bankrupt you will have signed a number of forms for the OR to allow then access to your HMRC info.

The tax rebate will all go into your estate so unfortunately you will not see any of it
