I have been thinking about bankruptcy for some time and am very concerned about making the right decision as it does affect my current career. Because of this I really want to sit down with expert face-to-face to discuss it. Now reaching desperation stage as it is seriously affecting my health. Thank you Can you recommend a reputable solitor or insolvency practitioner I could see in Wolverhampton please? |

Hi Jimjam, I used Paul @ Reviva to assist me through my BR. My situation was far from straightforward and I found him to be a mine of information and totally non judgemental. You will find his contact detail on this site.
He drove 150 miles to see me and I don't think you can say fairer than that. Good luck.
Regards, D.

Hi Jim Jam
also agree with BTB
I planned to go BR 2 years ago, with paul and his team @ Reviva, we spent some time get all of the ducks in a straight orderly line (no suprises)
My wife has now been discharged from bankruptcy, I have an IPA but it was what was expected.
I am still having some minor challenges with my trustee but Paul and the team are still working with me.
we were supported through the whole process, paperwork, court, OR interview and getting our feet back on the ground.
regards Richard |

Thanks BT/Richard. I have spoken to Paul now and he is going to come and see me. I am really nervous and scared about the situation I find myself in as I am on my own dealing with it and it will change my life forever. It would be good to be supported through the whole BR process but I suppose it will, as with everything, all come down to how much it will cost. |

Hi Jimjam,
I was also nervous and apprehensive about the whole process and implications - in truth the vast majority are. Obviously there are implications and consequences of declairing BR, however they are nothing compared to the stress and anxiety of trying to cope with a hopeless situation.
Having Paul and his team putting everything into perspective and being there to help has, in my case, been a tremendous help and allowed me to get back on my feet and focus on the future.
Anyhow as I have already said, good luck and stay positive!
Regards, D.
