If a husband becomes bankrupt, having (genuinely) lived separately from his wife (and daughter) for 4 years, are the wife's assets at risk of being taken by the Receiver? (her assets are modesst - no house).

Thankyou

The only assets that may be taken by the OR are joint assets, which have some value i.e. a house with equity, land that is jointly owned, etc.
