hi, Im currently in the process of filling out bankruptcy forms. i have just been kicked out of the house i rented and have had to move in with my parents, they have given me untill christmas to move back out. so my question is do i declare my living expenses whilst living at parents? will i be able to change this once i have moved out again? i know this may seem a stupid question but i just want to check. thanks adam
You will need to put down your living expenses as they are now, and when you move out you will then need to contact the OR and complete a new income and expenditure form.
