I presume you mean an Income Payment Agreement or Order (IPA / IPO) rather than an attachment of earnings order?

If this is the case you will only have an IPA if you have £100 or more disposable income each month.

Regarding your bonuses, you will need to inform the OR of these until you are discharged, and if you do have an IPA you will have to inform them for the duration of that - 36 months.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!

I gather I don't lose all of my bonus? I understand some of it as creditors will want what they can get but we are only left with about £100 after all is done.

I think it's at the discretion of the OR as to how much you lose.

When you say you are left with around £100, are you including debts or DMP payments in your expenditure, as don't forget that once you have gone BR you won't have these?

NO THIS IS JUST HOUSE HOLD BILLS AND FUEL COSTS FOR GETTING TO WORK DID DMP BUT SOON AS WE MOVED TO A HOUSING ASSOCIATION HOUSE BILLS SHOT UP AND THERE IS NO MONEY LEFT FOR DMP SO DMP IS NOT INCLUDED
