hi l am new member and totally confused if we are doing the right thing....my husband has to go bankrupt and my debts are being done another way debt order. but all this is totally scary at moment!! we were on a debt management but have struggled the last few months...was having payment lowered to 90 a month but was told it would take 36years to pay off....my husband will be retired before then, so this route is the only option we feel we can take. having to collect 465 together before end of nov then other 600 by march. have been reading a few posts and so many terms being used like OR or weekly or monthly payments... sorry about all the questions but totally confused its only being 24 hours since our decision. any advice would be very gratful .x
