will my army pension be affected if i declare myserlf bankrupt

If you are still serving in the armed forces, and your pension is not yet in payment it will not be affected. If however, your pension is in payment it is treated no different to any other income.

If you are still in the armed service, have you explored other options before making the decision to file for bankruptcy?
