Hi, I've now had a formal interview with the CCCS who have advised me to go for bankruptcy & I am going to apply for my petition forms from the county court this week.They have told me not to pay another penny to my creditors from now on but have also said it could take a good few weeks before my court hearing. Do I need to inform my creditors that I'm waiting for a date for my court appearance in the meantime? Surely they would be within their rights to start proceedings against me if they were unaware of my bankruptcy & thought I simply wasn't making my monthly repayments? Thanks v much if someone can advise
