Hello,
I live with my brother, He rents from council, Im on rent book but he is the tennancy holder. If i go bankrupt will bailfs come and take his stuff? I dont really have anything in the house, but he has not got recipts for everything in the house to proove its his!.
I owe under £20k but I dont earn enough for an iva to be applicable.

bankruptcy is a protection against things like baliffs, so the answer is no
