I am currenty applying for bankruptcy but unsure what to do as far as my address is concerned. I am currently living in my own house but at the end of the month I will be moving out and handing the keys back to the mortgage company. I will then be moving into rented accomadation.

If I am unable to go bankrupt before the end of the month what address do I put on my bankruptcy forms, as I have noted that all information has to be correct as this is handed to the offical reciver.

I would gratefully appreciate any advise

Thankyou

Hi Topcat,

I would put down your current address and if you do move you can then give the trustee your forwarding address at your interview.

Make sure you enter your mortgage company on the SOA in both the secured and unsecured sections as their could well be a shortfall which would then form part of your Bankruptcy debts.

Kind Regards,
