i just listed my car as thats all i had . i dont think the ring will be taken into account as its not worth much. they didnt take my partners car that was valued at £700. they are not interested in household goods unless you have items worth hundreds so dont worry

Hiya Lou

All of your personal and household effects are exempt from bankruptcy unless you have specific items worth over approximately £2,000. You do not need to declare them. The bankruptcy forms are specific about the assets that you should be deeclaring.

All the best.

Hi Lou,
from your post there is nothing that you need to declare as an asset, not even the ring.
