I owe around £11,000 over two credit csrds and a store card and have a loan outstanding. Could i apply for bankruptcy as i cannot afford to pay my debt and survive each month
welcome to the forum in a nutshell yes... have you considered other options? have you taken advice?
if your total debt under £15000 with no assets you may qualify for a DRO
