can I open a new bank account just before filing my bankruptcy petition? I'm worried that I will be left with no money when they freeze my bank account.
Hi Danusia, I asked the same question earlier and I was told yes you can open a co-op cashminder account but don't include this on your SOA... hope this helps :)
