hi prob going brupct got about40k equity in house jointly owned do you think official receiver would accept say 15k
also got van worth about 3.5k needed to carry on business and car worth about 5k which wife needs to take daughter to school what would happen to them?

Probably not on the house, i would think the Trustee would want a better offer, but you wont know untill you ask
