I went BR in Nov last year and now my year is up, I notice that me Nat West account (where I owe them a few thousand) is still open and incurring charges, is this normal? noticed a member on here mentioned that they had a similar problem, but wondered if i needed to tell them, or just leave it?

As your other post, did you declare Nat West as a creditor in your SOA? as if you did the OR would be obliged to send them a report to creditors.
