I went BR last Nov and I was unemployed tat the time, I have since had my propery reppossed. I am planning to move to London soon (currently I am homless) and I will want to start work there, do i need to tell the OR when i start work, or am I OK, since I was discharged?

Also i have not updated my contact details with the OR as they wrotew to me to say they were no lonnger dealing with me, anf they handed everything over to a company to dispose of my assests (all I had was my flat, which has now been re-possed) do i need to advise them when I move to London?

You should inform the company who are disposing of your assets if you have their contact details or just drop the OR a quick note in the post.

By the sounds of it, your case was handed over to a trustee other than the OR to deal with the property,so you should update them with your new details.
