i only owe 6000 of sueing family friend for 40000 why ? i had no job when i was bankrupt but now i have and want to pay the debt but they wont let me?

Hi,
as debt info said, you're going to have to provide a bit more detail about this one, as I don't know whether you sued a family friend and incurred costs, or you were sued and couldn't pay

Sorry about the confusion here, due to the fact that the original topic was not posted in the "new questions" slot so it didn't appear in the listing on the home page.
No problem - easily sorted
Your original topic "been declared bankrupt by creditor" is now showing up on the main listing.
