| I have filled in the forms online and they are waiting to be printed out. My court date is 11 June. Do i just turn up with my 3 print outs and the cash. No other forms? |

Hya Gary,
I have just done mine today so am not really able to advise you but if you are on income support then yes you do need another form, if you are paying the full amount then I think you just take your forms and the cash.
Be patient I am sure an expert will be along soon

Hya,
Ha Ha! Take a good look and remember what cash actually looks like!!
So you need your statement of affairs (Debtors petition)and what ever else you filled in on line, and your cash I think that is it.
I could be wrong so please wait for someone more knowledgable comes along, but in the meantime keep your hands of your stack of cash!! lol

Hi Gary
You need your SOA and debtors petition form with your cash on the day.
The OR wants all the other bits - bank statements etc - you will get a letter from them after your court day with a list of what they want and a few forms to sign and send back.

Hi Gary,
I agree with vicki. Some courts do have their own bespoke form in addition, but they'll sort it out on the day. Just relax and you'll be fine .... remember to take a few extra quid with you for a beer afterward!!!
