ok back for more advice after more phone calls advantis and moorcroft still phoning me ref orange phone bills debt . ive given them my bk number phoned to reply to all the letters (went bk over 2 yrs ago) . i printed off all my bk and discharge details and sent off too relevant parties . i know i should have kept copies but sent everything recorded and havn't heard from anyone till the past 2/3 weeks . i am not going to pay £60 odd pounds from the courts for my papers has anyone got any advice

threaten to take them to court for harrassment

ask to speak to their compliance officer

then ask for external ombudsman address as you wish to make an industry complaint.

Failing that change your phone number

What a great reply from Richard P and I really cannot add to that!

These debts to which you refer were included in the bankruptcy and have been written off. There is absolutely no recourse for these people harrassing you.

Good luck and perhaps if you take Richard's advise, you might like to keep the forum informed of the outcome. It is a relatively unusual state of affairs.
