Hi again all,

When you go to see the Judge and then the OR (assuming it's a face to face interview)is it possible to have someone with you, I suffered a severe head injury a 18 mths ago and sometimes find it difficult to get the words out and deal with strssful situations.

Also on the same sort of subject I have a criminal injuries claim ongoing at the moment regarding the head & brain injuries I have put it on the S of A's is this correct as I presume any compensation will go to the OR.

Hi foxbat,

It is likely that the OR will express an interest in any compensation you receive. I would suggest speaking to Brett england (link to his website on the experts page) who offers an excellent assisted bankruptcy service. Also, Paul Johns is very good in this area as well.
