Hi I'm currently filling out my bankruptcy forms and am stuck on the employment section. My bankruptcy day is tomorrow.

I am in the process of getting jobs seekers allowance but I am not in receipt of it yet they're still building a case (I believe till Friday as I have another meeting). Therefore I have no evidence of this just my attendance booklet.

I have just started a casual job in hospitality at a football ground which I do one day, every two weeks (£35 for the day). As I have only just started I haven't received my first payslip yet.

I know this may sound stupid but am I employed and need to fill in the employed section based on my casual job as I don't know how much tax/insurance I pay etc yet.

Please help

Kind Regards

Kelly

Chances are the income tax will be minimal, if anything, but just put any information at the back of the form.

Don't worry about getting everything 100% correct on the form. During the OR's interview you will go through the form and things can be added, changed, etc. if you have forgotten a debt or things have changed since you completed the form.

You can mention the casual work to the OR during the interview as well and they may ask for the first payslip once it arrives to see how much you receive after tax.
