Hi All
Went bankrupt 15th November, had my OR telephone interview yesterday 8th December and the new rules for calculating disposible income are now being used.

My OR worked out that I only had £48 DI but them allowed £10 per person (just me and partner) for emergencies so have to pay £28 per month for IPA. OR did explain the new rules and said if she was working on old rules would not be subject to IPA. OR interview was fine and she was very helpful and understanding. Now just have to wait for forms from Moonbeaver to complete to set up DD to pay IPA.

I realise it was my own fault for getting into debt but now I feel a great deal of stress and worry has been lifted from me

Hi nomoreplastic,

I'm glad that you feel better and are less stressed.

Thanks for reporting to the forum about your IPA under the new rules.
