hi all,

slightly off topic i agree but still relevant to my bankruptcy.

is it really true when the phone company quotes the data protection act and refuses to talk to me about a bill that is paid monthly through my bank account cos the phone account is in my wife's name?

is this really the law as many people believe or actually the phone company's interpretation of the law and really it's their own company policy that prevents them from talktalking to me?

i'd be interested to know, especially as i've had enough of this particular phone company anyway.

thanks

RHB
