hi i have just read the post on the new rules on the ipa .
my husband has has a 3 mouth break on his ipa and has to send in a new i&e form to see if he should start paying back into his one
can you tell me will he be under the new rules now or the old ones as his ipa started back in aug 10 but hes been on a break due to me being made redundant
