does a person need a failing business to declare bankrupcy or can i declare bankrupcy on my private life through mounting debts?

You can declare BR for your private debts and not include the business.

Hi Gary,
is your business as a sole trader, or a company? as gettingoutofdebt said you don't need a failing business to do so, hence my question as to whether it's sole trader or a company.
