i am 49yrs old and have debts of approx £35000 with various creditors,my monthly income is approx £1000 and my outgoings approx £800 have been advised by the C.A.B to go Bankrupt do you agree that this would be my best option..

It may be one option but without knowing more details and your situation, we can't really advise whether it's the best option.

I suggest you speak to an expert to chat everything through.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As Viki says without knowing the full details it's difficult to advise you, as BR might not be your only option.

I would suggest you either contact any of the professional experts who post on here, or else have a look at www.iva.com and contact a couple of IPs for advice.
