Hi Andrew, welcome to the forum.
There will be a solution, I advise you speak to the CAB or one of the experts on here to chat through your situation and see what your options are.

Hi Andrew
you say you have no assets, who owns the taxi ?
as vicki says it would be a good idea to speak to an expert

Hi Andrew, as Richard said who owns the taxi? is it yours, or is it the firms which you pay for through "settle". Having dealt with many taxi drivers, most were made bankrupt by HMRC for failing to submit self assessment returns(in reality they didn't owe any tax), would that be the case with you as well?
who are your creditors, as then it may be possible to give a more deatiled answer, for someone to provide more informed advice.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"
