we are foster carers - when i go bankrupt can they touch my wife's fostering allowance.

Hi Tim - as your wife is not going BR all the OR would look at is her contribution to the household income.
So this allowance would not be touched.
Any disposable income she has each month should be listed on the SOA as her contribution to the household.

As Vicki clearly states, the key here is your wife's CONTRIBUTION and not what she actually earns.

thanks for the help + i read in a post that somebody was addicted to your website - well, me too so thanks also for that and generally making me feel better about myself knowing i'm not alone in this awful nightmare.
