we are in the process of writing to the OR at the RTLU to make an offer of 3K for the BI in our property (long shot as they want 12K) However, I was wondering if anybody had an 'example letter' to make this offer, or do I just lay it out in black and white (letter sent at 2yr 3 month stage). (hoping if they dont accept, they will put a charge on the property, as we dont wish to move) Thank you in advance for any help.
